An important part of our mission is to deliver “trusted technical support,” alongside our quality components. We know that our customers value the wealth of technical experience within our company when it comes to engineering precision made parts. It is good to know that all of our customers rate our technical support as excellent or good (according to our 2020 customer satisfaction survey) and are safe in the knowledge that their project can be competently managed by our highly skilled staff.
Our Technical Manager, Rowland, heads up our technical and quotations department. Rowland has over 35 years of experience within the precision engineering sector. He has spent the last 17 years as an integral part of the Thomas Brown Engineering team, solving our customer’s technical issues and developing cost efficient strategies to meet their project requirements.
Rowland’s team can produce full working drawings, produced on Inventor software to customer requirements. He works closely with our production department to formulate and offer solutions that achieve maximum cost effectiveness in the production of precision components.
Rowland has worked for the company for 17 years, having spent his career prior to this working within the defence industry. His level of experience makes him perfect to undertake his day to day duties as Technical Manager. Rowland is the go-to man for pricing enquiries and technical advice on prototyping projects.
