Our new Brother Speedio – The “fastest in the World!”

2022 has started on a high here at Thomas Brown Engineering with the delivery of our new Brother Speedio Multi-Tasking Machining Centre with robot loading Feedio system.
This machine is part of an exceptional generation of high efficiency CNC Machining Centres #nothing faster! This compact machine, equipped with turning and tilt axes, enables turning and machining processes through one-time chucking. The Feedio Plug & Play system allows for long unmanned processing time. The speed and accuracy of this machine further enhances our “lights out” capability, and capacity, meaning our customers benefit from our competitive prices and shortened lead times.
Another reason why this machine is truly impressive is it’s environmental performance. The impact on the environment is an influencing factor is all our buying decisions. The Brother can achieve an 80% reduction in power consumption over the length of a cycle compared to other machining centres. This is achieved in various ways, including a power regeneration system and low air consumption.
