Thank you to everyone who recently completed our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey!
We had a great response from our customers. We really appreciate you taking the time to give us valuable feedback.
You probably know that Continuous Improvement is in our DNA here at Thomas Brown Engineering! We continuously improve so we can always add value for our customers and what better way to know if they feel this day to day than to ask them!
We are super pleased with the results and its good to know that 100% of our customers would recommend us. But. as they should, the results also show us where improvements can be made.
