Impressive investment in our quality department – our new Keyence Multi-Sensor Measurement System

We have recently taken delivery of an impressive addition to our Quality department, a Keyence Multi-Sensor Measurement System.
This is a vision system that provides high accuracy measurement with simple press button operation. A part, or many parts, can be placed on the platform and the system automatically detects and measures the position and orientation of the part no matter where it is placed on the platform. This can drastically reduce the dimensional measurement time of complex parts and ensures accurate measurements with no variation between results obtained by different operators.
We are able to provide the necessary measurement reports to our customers without the current time-consuming process, thus making our process more efficient and increasing value for our customers.
